Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and RoraLabs Ltd for using Say2Go. By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Say2Go.

1. Who we are

Say2Go is provided by RoraLabs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Your licence to use Say2Go

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Say2Go on your devices for your own use, in line with these terms and your chosen plan. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our source code, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract.

4. Plans, pricing & billing

Prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. We may change prices, but we'll give you reasonable notice and changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and your card details are handled by Paddle — not by us. Meeting mode is available on paid plans only. The free tier includes a word-limited trial; the exact allowance is shown in-app.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew after that. As a UK/EU consumer you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase for a refund. Because Say2Go is digital content/services, where you ask us to start straight away and begin using it, that right may be reduced once the service has been supplied — we'll make this clear at checkout. Refunds are handled through Paddle.

You agree not to use Say2Go to:

You are responsible for how you use transcriptions and for complying with any laws on recording conversations and meetings in your location.

7. Your content & data

You keep all rights to your audio and transcriptions. To provide the service, your audio is streamed to our transcription server (using Deepgram Nova-3) and then discarded — we don't store voice recordings or use them to train models. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Service availability

Transcription needs an internet connection. We work to keep Say2Go available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and accuracy varies with audio quality, accent, background noise and vocabulary. We may update, change or withdraw features over time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Say2Go is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. We don't warrant that transcriptions will be complete or accurate, and you should review important text before relying on it. Nothing in these terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Suspension & termination

You can stop using Say2Go and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the app.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above; for significant changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Say2Go after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
